The rebrand: why events move to the center, and the full ecosystem vision.

The shift in one line

Circli is now the WhatsApp platform for events, communities, and trusted circles. We used to define ourselves by one feature — the AI-built private recommendations directory. Today we define ourselves by the graph: one WhatsApp identity that connects an attendee to an event, then to a community, and eventually to a business or a service.

Why we moved the center of gravity

Three signals moved events to the center:

  1. B2B organizers convert faster. In 2026 our event engine ran Sitevinitech 2026 (10,000 attendees, 200+ exhibitors, 0 app downloads). When an organizer sees the demo, the close is days, not months.
  2. WhatsApp already won the acquisition layer. Most of LatAm uses it daily. Fighting that habit with "install an app" onboarding is losing before you start.
  3. The event is the best gateway to the community. After the event, the conversation continues. That continuity is where a recurring business is built, not in a one-shot purchase.

The new architecture

Circli is now a product family, not a single product:

  • Circli Events — the full event operation: QR onboarding, agenda, networking, sponsors, inter-booth treasure hunt, venue map. Live today at events.circli.app.
  • Circli Contacts — the original product, repositioned: private trusted circles for groups, families, and communities. Live today at contacts.circli.app.
  • Circli Communities — persistent post-event spaces. On the roadmap.
  • Circli Commerce — lead-generating sponsors, ticketing, add-ons, memberships. On the roadmap.
  • Circli Insights — attribution, attendance funnels, sponsor ROI. On the roadmap.
  • Circli Connect — API, webhooks, CRM. On the roadmap.

All share one identity: your WhatsApp number. Once verified for an event, you're automatically known across the family without re-onboarding.

What changes for existing users

If you came to Circli for the private contacts directory, nothing breaks. That experience now lives at contacts.circli.app. Same WhatsApp bot, same commands (CREATE, ADD, LIST, SHARE), same web directory. Only the marketing URL changed.

If you're an event organizer, the events.circli.app portal works exactly as before. We didn't touch printed QRs, attendee magic links, or any operational flow. The promise holds: what's running in production doesn't break.
